Nour is a licensed Jordanian lawyer, with more than 9 years worth of experience in the Corporate and Commercial field of law as well as NGO’s legal affairs and labor law consultations. Nour is experienced in managing clients' accounts, teams, and projects. Her main areas of expertise focus on corporate matters such as registration, liquidation of companies as well as corporate governance. Additionally, Nour is also experienced in due diligence, M&A, legal drafting, review, analysis, negotiations, legal advice, legal opinions, and legislation drafting.

Nour has recently worked with the Finance and Banking Department and gained knowledge in that field.

Prior to joining Global Nour worked at a reputable Jordanian law firm and served as an in-house legal counsel for LG Levant. Nour is praised by her clients for her responsiveness and accuracy in catering to her client’ needs.
