Muhammad Bilal Ramzan is a licensed advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan with over 7 years' experience in corporate advisory work and arbitration. His current role focuses on corporate governance and compliance, structuring and restructuring, employment matters, and M&A. Muhammad's experience includes advising on large scale acquisitions both in the public and private sectors, from negotiating deals, assessing due diligence findings, to advising clients on the risks of a proposed transaction.

Muhammad's particular expertise in startup advisory allows him to advise on incorporating entities, from setting up and licensing, to corporate governance and compliance. He also advises clients on potential arbitration claims and mitigating disputes.

His earlier experience includes work at one of the most reputable law firms in Pakistan and serves as an editor.
