Nazanin is a Junior Associate in the Common Law and Dispute Resolution Department, with sound knowledge of the Common Law System as practiced in the DIFC & ADGM Courts and familiarity with the UAE Court System and procedure along with a thorough understanding of International and Domestic Arbitration procedures. Having obtained an LLB in International Law, an LLM in International Banking and Finance Law as well undergoing the Legal Practice Course in the UK, she assists and handles various legal disputes in relation to employment matters, construction disputes, real estate disputes, cross-jurisdictional matters, and civil and commercial disputes generally. Nazanin is fluent in Farsi, English and Arabic.
