Murad is the Regional Co-Managing Partner and Regional Head of Corporate & Commercial Group, as well as the Head of the Jordan Office at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel. Murad is a bilingual legal professional with over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, private equity, initial public offerings (IPOs), takeovers, equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), listings of debt and equity instruments, restructuring, joint venture agreements, marketing, distribution and agency arrangements, real-estate development and construction agreements as well as complex corporate and commercial disputes within the Middle East.  Murad also has a strong understanding of principles of Sharia’ law as applied in Islamic Finance, Islamic Insurance and general commercial and civil transactions. 

Murad has both legal and accounting qualifications, having obtained his law degree in 1996 and later his accounting degree in 1998 after passing the American Certified Public Accounting Examination (CPA).
