Abdullah Al Owimari is a Partner, and the Head of Oman office at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel Oman.  With over 15 years’ experience, he specialises in advising clients on corporate matters and dispute resolution pertaining to civil, commercial, criminal and administrative matters.

Abdullah’s previous experience includes; working for several of Oman’s leading law firms, acting as executive manager for one of the biggest Omani law firms and serving as in-house counsel at Oman International Bank (HSBC Oman).In addition to commercial advisory services for corporate clients, Abdullah also advises on employment, administrative, commercial - criminal and IP matters.

Abdullah is an experienced litigator and advises local, regional and international clients on wide range of disputes. As an Omani national, he is licensed to appear before all courts of the Sultanate of Oman and possesses a superior knowledge of the civil and Shari’ah law systems.

Abdullah is expected to be licensed to appear before Supreme Court of Oman by October 2021.
