ICC Arbitration Institute Advanced Level Training on Drafting Enforceable Awards that was held in Abu Dhabi’s Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) gave the participants first-hand guidelines and knowledge on best practices for training to award legal drafting style.

Arbitrators, lawyers, mediators and experts in the field all attended this group session for an insight to study draft award and how to improve the quality of the award.
