It was a pleasure participating and sponsoring the 10th #ICCMENA #Arbitration conference in Dubai. 255 participants and more from 28 countries united to bring remarkable insights and energy back on ground. Various experts from different industries shared their knowledge on the Dispute Board.

The 2-day event kicked off with opening remarks by #ICCCourts ‘s Alexander Fessas and Claudia Salomon addressing the changing world of #disputeresolution and the transformation to a digital economy. The day progressed to a discussion between Nicholas Tse, Girgis Abd El-Shahid and David Hume on providing considerations on performance bonds.

Mark Demitry, George Vlavianos and Nadine Debbas Achkar explored where to draw the line when it comes to jurisdiction and admissibility.

Alya Ladjimi then moderated a discussion on embracing expert determination for resolving dispute.

Final remarks by Dania Fahs, PhD brought the yearly event to a successful end.
