As part of Global’s commitment to our clients to provide them with excellent service we have participated lately in the the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers Seminar held in Vienna under the title Construction Disputes. Global represents clients in various specialized areas of legal practice inducing construction disputes, which is a very important topic for the construction and real-estate industry.

Abdullah Alowimari from Global Oman, Hana Al Khatib from Global Abu Dhabi and Huda Bin Redha from Global Dubai attended the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers Seminar held in Vienna to under the title Construction Disputes which took place between 14 - 16 October 2021.

The conference highlighted many interesting topics including concurrent delays in construction projects, back to back clauses, the role of judges and arbitrators, bonds, termination of contracts, environmental concerns, new circularity concerns in constructions projects, and how to lead clients through construction dispute. Topics were covered and presented by experts in the fields of construction, real estate, litigation, and arbitration.
