Murad joined Global in May 2020, as a Partner and a Regional Head of Corporate and Commercial as well as the Head of the Jordan Office, with the goal of implementing the business strategies and growth plans for the firm. Murad has over 25 years of experience, in multiple practice areas of the law, including Corporate Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity Restructuring & Insolvency, Banking & Finance, and Tax. Before joining Global, Murad held various other positions during his 20 years in Dubai including Head of Corporate Group at one of the leading UAE law firms, as well as the Regional Head of Corporate for the Middle East at a leading international law firm. With both legal and accounting qualification (American Certified Public Accounting Examination - CPA), Murad is able to serve his clients with an excellent combination of legal expertise coupled with business acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
