He advises clients on complex Civil, Commercial, and Corporate matters, representing individuals and businesses in high-value disputes and delivering legal solutions tailored to their commercial objectives.
Zaki has particular expertise in maritime law, including claims arising from carriage of goods by sea and cargo-related disputes. His career includes serving as legal counsel to CMA CGM, one of the world’s leading shipping companies, and as Legal Director of Kadmar Shipping in Egypt. A graduate of Alexandria University’s Faculty of Law, Zaki has practiced as an independent lawyer and trusted legal adviser to major local and international organizations. He is recognized for managing complex legal matters and providing clear, commercially focused legal guidance across diverse industries with excellence.
