Tima is an Associate and Team Leader in Global’s Dispute Resolution practice and is registered as a Legal Consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. She advises clients on complex commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory disputes across the UAE. She has experience in high-value and high-profile matters, including multibillion-dirham commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, arbitral award enforcement, and jurisdictional disputes before the UAE’s courts. In 2025, Tima spoke on the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the UAE as part of the DIAC Professional Diploma in International Arbitration. Tima advises clients in energy, healthcare, technology, and real estate sectors. She is an alumna of Université Paris-Sorbonne and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, advising clients in each of these languages.
