His practice focuses on dispute resolution, experience in commercial and civil litigation, commercial agency disputes, employment matters, bankruptcy and restructuring, criminal proceedings, and corporate and commercial issues.
He advises and represents clients across a broad range of disputes, assisting with court proceedings, enforcement actions, case strategy, and dispute resolution matters. Sayfullah has particular experience in commercial agency matters involving agency relationships, distribution arrangements, and related regulatory and contractual disputes. Prior to joining Global’s Abu Dhabi office, he worked with the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team in Jordan, gaining experience in corporate advisory work and regulatory matters. Sayfullah holds a Bachelor of Laws from Applied Science University in Jordan and is admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association.
