Nasser Al Osaiba is a Senior Partner at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel. With more than 27 years of experience, he advises local and international clients on complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, construction and infrastructure claims, project finance, Islamic finance, insolvency, restructuring, and bankruptcy-related matters across the UAE.
Nasser is licensed to appear before all UAE courts, including the Federal Supreme Court and the Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah Courts. He also regularly acts as UAE law co-counsel in international arbitrations and advises foreign counsel on UAE law matters before arbitral tribunals and common law courts. For more than 18 years, he has served on the Umm Al Quwain Rent Dispute Committee, contributing to the resolution of disputes involving landlords, tenants, and developers. Nasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Shari’ah and Law from UAE University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne.
