Muhammad Bilal Ramzan is a Partner at Global Advocacy with more than 10 years of experience in corporate advisory work and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on corporate governance and compliance, structuring and restructuring, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, claims, and arbitration.
Muhammad advises clients on transactions from early-stage structuring through to due diligence, negotiation, and execution, with particular strength in corporate setup, licensing, and governance. He also supports clients in assessing potential disputes and taking early steps to manage legal risk. Before joining Global’s Muscat office, he worked at a leading law firm in Pakistan, where he advised on corporate matters and represented clients before courts and tribunals. He holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge and is a licensed advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
