His practice focuses on corporate structuring and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters, with particular experience in the healthcare, education, real estate, and trade sectors.
Moustafa advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, from company formation and governance to strategic transactions and business reorganizations. He regularly assists with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, share transfers, corporate resolutions, and transactional documents, while supporting clients through regulatory and compliance requirements. He also has significant experience establishing onshore, free zone, and offshore entities and coordinating with government authorities on corporate matters.
Qualified as a lawyer in Egypt, Moustafa holds a law degree from Alexandria University and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
