Mohammed is a Senior Associate and Team Leader in Global’s Muscat office with over 23 years of experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate matters. His practice focuses on construction, employment, civil, commercial, and criminal disputes, as well as arbitration and corporate advisory work.
Mohammed advises and represents clients across all stages of dispute resolution, from strategic case assessment and settlement negotiations to litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience drafting legal submissions, reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing legal opinions, and handling complex commercial and construction disputes. Prior to joining Global, he held senior legal positions in private practice, multinational companies, and government institutions, including serving as a prosecutor within Sudan’s Ministry of Justice.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Khartoum and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
