Luqman is a Senior Associate at Global’s Muscat office with nearly 25 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on dispute resolution and arbitration. His work centers on construction and employment disputes, as well as civil, commercial, and criminal matters, in addition to arbitration proceedings across industries. Luqman advises and represents clients in disputes before Omani courts and arbitral tribunals, drawing on his legal experience in litigation, regulatory matters, and alternative dispute resolution. He is a certified arbitrator accredited by the Supreme Judicial Council in the Sultanate of Oman, and an accredited arbitrator with the Omani Olympic Committee. He is a member of the Appeals Committee at the Financial Services Authority in Oman and served as a member of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Oman Football Association. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
