Hana Al Khatib is a Partner at Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel with broad experience across litigation, arbitration, and advisory work. She advises clients on civil and commercial disputes, employment matters, construction, restructuring, regulatory matters.
Hana has particular strength in employment law, where she supports clients on workplace investigations, contracts, policies, terminations, Emiratisation, and contentious matters before the labour courts. She has also worked on some of the region’s most significant restructuring and insolvency matters, advising on the interaction between onshore UAE law and ADGM proceedings. Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association and qualified as a Legal Project Manager, Hana combines strong legal judgement with practical project management discipline and is known for helping clients navigate technically complex matters with clarity and control.
