Aya is an Associate in Global’s Abu Dhabi office with six years of experience in arbitration, commercial and litigation, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Her practice focuses on advising clients across the healthcare, infrastructure and energy, and technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
Aya assists clients throughout stages of dispute resolution, from legal research and case strategy to drafting submissions, court filings, and arbitration-related documents. She has developed experience in insolvency, restructuring, liquidation, and complex commercial disputes, helping clients navigate and commercial issues. Known for her analytical approach and attention to detail, she works with clients to develop practical and effective legal solutions.
Aya graduated with distinction in Law and Political Science from Sorbonne University and holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Birmingham, with a focus on arbitration and emerging technologies.
