Asaal is a Trainee Lawyer in Global’s Muscat office, focusing on corporate and commercial matters across sectors, including healthcare, financial services, transportation and logistics, infrastructure and energy, technology, media and telecommunications, and maritime and shipping.
She supports clients on corporate matters, including company incorporations, restructurings, share transfers, liquidations, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements. Asaal assists with legal research, regulatory compliance, and due diligence exercises, helping clients navigate their business and legal requirements.
Since joining Global, she has gained exposure to corporate advisory and dispute resolution matters, building on experience gained through legal training and placements within judicial and regulatory institutions in Oman. Asaal holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sultan Qaboos University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
