Amjad is a Legal Director in Global’s Abu Dhabi office with 30 years of experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and insolvency matters. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring, construction disputes, and criminal matters. He advises and represents clients across a range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, transportation and logistics, hospitality, infrastructure and energy, education, and technology.
Amjad has extensive experience handling complex disputes, including insolvency and restructuring proceedings, agency disputes, employment claims, and commercial litigation. He advises clients on dispute strategy, enforcement proceedings, and risk management. Before joining Global in 2018, he held senior and roles in Jordan and the UAE. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Jordan and is admitted to practice in Jordan.
