Ali Al Hashimi is the Regional Managing Partner of Global Advocacy and Legal Counsel and one of the UAE’s most experienced litigators. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises local, regional, and international clients on complex civil and commercial disputes, with particular strength in banking, Islamic finance, securities, construction, real estate, and corporate matters.
Ali is licensed to appear before all UAE courts, including the Federal Supreme Court and the DIFC Courts. He is also a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. His work is defined by deep knowledge of the Gulf’s legal and financial landscape, combined with a strong understanding of the civil, Shari’ah, and common law systems that shape high-stakes disputes across the region.
