Khadija is an Associate in GA’s Muscat office with seven years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Her practice focuses on employment, commercial, civil, criminal, and administrative disputes, with particular experience advising clients on employment and commercial matters. 

Khadija represents clients before the Omani courts and assists with all stages of dispute resolution, from case assessment and legal research to drafting submissions, managing proceedings, and negotiating settlements. She also has experience preparing and reviewing commercial contracts and advising on regulatory and employment-related issues. In addition to her litigation practice, she supports complex matters through legal research and case analysis. 

Throughout her practice at GA, Khadija has worked on a broad range of disputes, including matters arising in the oil and gas sector. She holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law and an LL.B. with Distinction and is fluent in Arabic and English.
