Mona is a Legal Associate at Global with 15+ years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, employment, rental, insolvency, and the enforcement of foreign, GCC, and DIFC judgments. She advises clients from assessment through litigation and resolution, providing advice across sectors. Her experience includes matters, including multibillion-dirham disputes and criminal cases involving money laundering, fraud, bribery, and embezzlement.
Before joining Global in 2019, Mona built experience in Egypt and the UAE. She served as a Legal Associate and member of the Disciplinary and Risk Management Committees for an international sporting event in Abu Dhabi. Mona holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law in Egypt, is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, and is registered as a Legal Consultant with Dubai’s Legal Affairs Department.
