Jessica is an Associate in Global’s Dubai office, advising international clients on commercial disputes before the UAE Courts. Her practice covers commercial litigation, debt recovery, employment disputes, execution proceedings, and real estate litigation. She has expertise in real estate disputes, acting for developers, purchasers, contractors, hotel operators, and stakeholders in matters arising from off-plan developments. Her experience includes disputes involving handovers, SPAs, property management agreements, and claims arising from project delays and hotel management schemes. Jessica represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, from assessment to court proceedings, appeals, settlements, and enforcement. Jessica is admitted in Lebanon, where she practiced for 6 years, and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International Business Law and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
