He has five years of experience advising and representing clients in complex, high-value disputes across the UAE. Faisal acts for clients in sectors including hospitality, real estate, construction, and financial services, advising on commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, restructuring, investment-related matters, and employment claims.
His experience includes representing clients in significant litigation involving multi-billion-dollar claims and advising senior executives on complex disputes. He supports clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process, from risk assessment and strategy development to settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
Faisal is a registered legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, a member of the Syrian Bar Association, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
