With more than 25 years of experience, he advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, capital markets, restructuring, joint ventures, and complex commercial transactions across the Middle East.
Murad’s practice spans both transactional and advisory work, including private placements, IPOs, debt and equity listings, distribution and agency structures, real estate development, and cross-border corporate matters. He also has extensive knowledge of Shari’ah principles and their application to Islamic finance, insurance, and wider commercial transactions.
